Colorful Crisps
Ingredients
- Orange sweet potatoes
- Potatoes
- Purple potatoes
- Beetroot
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Peel and wash vegetables. Using a potato peeler, thinly slice vegetables. Rinse and pat dry. Deep-fry in hot oil until crisp. Drain on a paper towel, sprinkle salt and toss gently.
