Ingredients
  • Orange sweet potatoes
  • Potatoes
  • Purple potatoes
  • Beetroot
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Peel and wash vegetables. Using a potato peeler, thinly slice vegetables. Rinse and pat dry. Deep-fry in hot oil until crisp. Drain on a paper towel, sprinkle salt and toss gently.
