Ingredients
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts
  • ⅓ cup Heavy cream
  • 10 oz Package frozen spinach (thaw and drain)
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ⅓ cup Ramano cheese
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Dry basil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350°F
  2. In a food processor, coarsely chop the artichoke and spinach.
  3. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients, except the garnish.
  4. Add the artichoke mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Spoon mixture into a 9 x13 inch greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Garnish and serve hot.
