Hot Artichoke & Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can Artichoke hearts
- ⅓ cup Heavy cream
- 10 oz Package frozen spinach (thaw and drain)
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ cup Ramano cheese
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp Dry basil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350°F
- In a food processor, coarsely chop the artichoke and spinach.
- In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients, except the garnish.
- Add the artichoke mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Spoon mixture into a 9 x13 inch greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Garnish and serve hot.
