(slice diagonally)

Carrots
(slice lengthwise diagonally)
¼ cup
Green beans
(slice lengthwise diagonally)
½ cup
Baby corn
¼ cup
Cabbage
(shredded)
½ cup
Water chestnuts
(sliced)
¼ cup
Broccoli florets
¼ cup
Green onions
(slice lengthwise diagonally)
2 Tbsps
Soy sauce
1 tsp
Chili sauce
(or to taste)
1 Tbsp
Hoisin sauce
½ tsp
Salt
(or to taste)

Vinegar

Ajinomoto
(optional)
Green onions
(sliced, for garnish)

Instructions

Boil the noodles until cooked, strain and set aside.

Heat oil in a large wok on high heat, add dry chilies.

As it browns, add ginger and garlic, stir-fry for a few seconds.

Add bean sprouts, bell peppers, mushrooms, peas, carrots and beans.

Stir-fry for a couple of minutes.

Add the remaining vegetables and the condiments.

Cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.

Combine the noodles, add more gravy if desired, mix well, let thicken then remove from heat.

Garnish with green onions and sprinkle chili flakes.

Note: Vegetables can also be served with sticky rice.

Can add crispy tofu or cooked meat for protein.
