Sweet & Sour Sauce
Ingredients
⅓ cup
Apple cider vinegar
1½ Tbsp
Ketchup
2 tsps
Cornstarch
(dissolved in 2 tbsp water)
4 Tbsps
Brown sugar
1 tsp
Soy sauce
Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes, stirring continuously until thickened.

Remove from heat and let cool.
