Masala Bread Rolls

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tsps Green chilies (finely chopped)
- ½ cup Green coriander (finely chopped)
- ¼ tsp Red chili powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a saucepan on medium heat.
- Lightly sauté onions, garlic and chilies.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir and cook for 1 more minute.
- Set aside to cool.
Dough
Ingredients
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tsps Butter (softened)
- 2 tsps Dried yeast
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 3 tbsps Water (lukewarm)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, set aside for 10 minutes to ferment.
- Combine flour, salt and butter.
- Add yeast, mix and make a soft dough using warm water as needed.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 20 minutes in a warm place.
- Mix masala into the dough and knead well.
- Divide dough into 8 balls, place each on a greased tray.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Cool and store.
