Ingredients
  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • 2 tbsps Oil
  • 2 tsps Ajmo
  • 1½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground black pepper
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix oil in flour.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and make a firm dough using water.
  3. Knead well, cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Divide dough into 80 balls and roll thin puris, about 1 1⁄2 inches in diameter.
  5. Prick each puri with a fork to prevent puffing and deep fry on medium heat until golden and crisp.
  6. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
  7. Cool and store in an airtight container.
  8. NOTE: These puris can be used to snack on or make Papdi Chaat, Bhel Puri, Dahi Puri.
