Papdi

Ingredients
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 2 tbsps Oil
- 2 tsps Ajmo
- 1½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Ground black pepper
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oil in flour.
- Add the remaining ingredients and make a firm dough using water.
- Knead well, cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide dough into 80 balls and roll thin puris, about 1 1⁄2 inches in diameter.
- Prick each puri with a fork to prevent puffing and deep fry on medium heat until golden and crisp.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
- NOTE: These puris can be used to snack on or make Papdi Chaat, Bhel Puri, Dahi Puri.
