Ferrari Chevdo
Ingredients
- 2 Medium potatoes
- 3 tbsps Cashew (pieces)
- ½ cup Raw peanuts
- 2 tbsps Golden raisins
- 2 Green chilies (sliced into thin circles)
- 6 Curry leaves
- ½ tsp Sindhav salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- ¼ tsp Citric acid
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Peel, grate and wash potatoes.
- Pat dry and fry on low heat.
- Individually fry cashews, peanuts, raisins, chilies and curry leaves.
- Drain everything on a paper towel and mix together.
- Sprinkle spices and toss well.
- Store in an airtight container when cooled.
