Ingredients
  • 2 Medium potatoes
  • 3 tbsps Cashew (pieces)
  • ½ cup Raw peanuts
  • 2 tbsps Golden raisins
  • 2 Green chilies (sliced into thin circles)
  • 6 Curry leaves
  • ½ tsp Sindhav salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp Citric acid
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Peel, grate and wash potatoes.
  2. Pat dry and fry on low heat.
  3. Individually fry cashews, peanuts, raisins, chilies and curry leaves.
  4. Drain everything on a paper towel and mix together.
  5. Sprinkle spices and toss well.
  6. Store in an airtight container when cooled.
