Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ⅛ tsp Turmeric
  • 3 cups Mamra
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ⅓ tsp Red chili powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ¼ cup Raw peanuts (fried)
  • 2 Green chilies (thinly sliced round and fried)
  • 10 Curry leaves (fried)
  • 1½ cup Spicy sev
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add salt and turmeric, stir.
  3. Add mamra and stir continuously until crisp.
  4. Sprinkle sugar, chili powder and garlic powder, mix well.
  5. Remove from heat and empty into a large bowl.
  6. Incorporate fried ingredients and sev, toss.
  7. Store in an airtight container when cool.
