Sev Mamra
Ingredients
- 2 tbsps Oil
- ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric
- 3 cups Mamra
- ½ tsp Sugar
- ⅓ tsp Red chili powder
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ¼ cup Raw peanuts (fried)
- 2 Green chilies (thinly sliced round and fried)
- 10 Curry leaves (fried)
- 1½ cup Spicy sev
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium heat.
- Add salt and turmeric, stir.
- Add mamra and stir continuously until crisp.
- Sprinkle sugar, chili powder and garlic powder, mix well.
- Remove from heat and empty into a large bowl.
- Incorporate fried ingredients and sev, toss.
- Store in an airtight container when cool.
