Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chana dal
  • ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Wash and soak dal in cold water overnight.
  2. Drain and pat dry with a towel.
  3. Heat oil and fry on medium heat, until golden and the dal floats on top.
  4. Drain on a paper towel.
  5. Sprinkle spices and toss well.
