Chana Dal
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chana dal
- ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Red chili powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Wash and soak dal in cold water overnight.
- Drain and pat dry with a towel.
- Heat oil and fry on medium heat, until golden and the dal floats on top.
- Drain on a paper towel.
- Sprinkle spices and toss well.
