Chakri

Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice flour
- ¼ cup Besan
- ¼ cup Urad flour
- 5 tbsps Melted butter
- 1 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1 tsp Green chilies (crushed - or to taste)
- ½ tsp White chili powder
- 1¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp Asafoetida (hing)
- ¾ tsp Ajmo
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Using warm water, make a soft dough.
- Fill dough in the sev sancho machine (use star part) and close the lid.
- On a table cloth, make 3 inch chakris by moving the machine in a circular motion.
- Heat oil on medium.
- Lift each chakri with a flat spatula and slide into oil.
- Fry a few chakris at a time to golden color.
- Drain on a paper towel and store in an airtight container.
