Ingredients
  • 2 cups Rice flour
  • ¼ cup Besan
  • ¼ cup Urad flour
  • 5 tbsps Melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp Green chilies (crushed - or to taste)
  • ½ tsp White chili powder
  • 1¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Asafoetida (hing)
  • ¾ tsp Ajmo
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Using warm water, make a soft dough.
  3. Fill dough in the sev sancho machine (use star part) and close the lid.
  4. On a table cloth, make 3 inch chakris by moving the machine in a circular motion.
  5. Heat oil on medium.
  6. Lift each chakri with a flat spatula and slide into oil.
  7. Fry a few chakris at a time to golden color.
  8. Drain on a paper towel and store in an airtight container.
