Ingredients
  • 2 cups Garden rotini pasta (colored)
  • 1½ cup Cauliflower florets
  • 1½ cup Broccoli florets
  • 1½ cup Carrots (diced)
  • ¾ cup Red bell pepper (diced)
  • ¾ cup Green bell pepper (diced)
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta to package instructions.
  2. Steam vegetables for 2 minutes and cool immediately to retain crispness.
Ingredients
  • ½ tsp Crushed garlic
  • 1½ cup Zesty Italian dressing (or creamy)
  • 1½ cup Zucchini (diced)
  • 1 cup Muchrooms (chopped)
  • 1 cup Black olives (sliced)
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
Instructions
  1. In a large salad bowl, mix pasta and steamed vegetables.
  2. Add garlic and 1 cup of salad dressing,
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Just before serving, add zucchini, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, salt and the remaining dressing, mix well.
