Ingredients
  • 4 cups Lettuce, kale, chard, turnip, curly endives ,beet, etc. (Washed and roughly torn)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (thinly sliced)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Sunflower seeds (garnish)
Instructions
  1. Blanch preferred greens in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and immediately transfer to ice water.
  2. Once cooled, chop coarsely.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan on low heat.
  4. Add garlic and sauté until golden.
  5. Add the greens and salt. Stir and remove from heat.
  6. Sprinkle sunflower seeds and serve.
