Mixed Sprout Salad
Ingredients
- ½ cup Green moong sprouts
- ½ cup Garbanzo bean sprouts (small)
- ½ cup Red Kidney beans (boiled in salt water)
- ½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
- ½ cup Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Carrots (grated)
- 2 tbsps Radish (grated - optional)
- 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
- 2 tsps Lemon juice
- ½ tsp Ground cumin
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Wrap all the sprouts in a cloth and steam until almost soft, let cool.
- Empty into a dish, combine with the remaining ingredients.
- Marinate for ½ an hour before serving.
