Ingredients
  • ½ cup Green moong sprouts
  • ½ cup Garbanzo bean sprouts (small)
  • ½ cup Red Kidney beans (boiled in salt water)
  • ½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Carrots (grated)
  • 2 tbsps Radish (grated - optional)
  • 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsps Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Ground cumin
  • Salt (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Wrap all the sprouts in a cloth and steam until almost soft, let cool.
  2. Empty into a dish, combine with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Marinate for ½ an hour before serving.
