  • 1 cup Red cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 cup Green cabbage (shredded)
  • ½ cup Carrots (grated)
  • ½ cup Red or white onion (sliced)

  1. Combine vegetables in a bowl.

  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar (subsitute - honey)
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Dill (optional)
Instructions
  1. Whisk the dressing ingredients and mix into the vegetables.
  2. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
