Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 cup Red cabbage (shredded)
- 1 cup Green cabbage (shredded)
- ½ cup Carrots (grated)
- ½ cup Red or white onion (sliced)

- Combine vegetables in a bowl.

- ¼ cup Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar (subsitute - honey)
- ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Dill (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk the dressing ingredients and mix into the vegetables.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
