Ingredients
  • 1 Artichoke
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • ½ cup Water
Instructions
  1. Rinse artichoke, trim pointy tips and remove the entire stalk.
  2. Cut in half from top to bottom.
  3. Rub with salt and lemon juice.
  4. Place halves cut side down in a microwave safe dish.
  5. Pour oil and water into dish, drizzle some lemon juice on top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for about 7 minutes or until tender.
