Artichokes
Ingredients
- 1 Artichoke
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Oil
- ½ cup Water
Instructions
- Rinse artichoke, trim pointy tips and remove the entire stalk.
- Cut in half from top to bottom.
- Rub with salt and lemon juice.
- Place halves cut side down in a microwave safe dish.
- Pour oil and water into dish, drizzle some lemon juice on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for about 7 minutes or until tender.
