Ingredients
- ½ cup Red onion (cut thin rings)
- ¼ cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup Cucumber (peeled and sliced)
- ¼ cup Olives (sliced)
- ½ cup Feta cheese (large crumbles)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
