Frosting For Cookies And Cakes
Ingredients
3 cups
Powdered sugar
½ cup
Butter
(softened)
1½ tsp
Vanilla essence
2 Tbsps
Milk
Instructions

Blend butter and sugar on low speed, stir in vanilla and 1 tbsp milk.

Gradually add the remaining milk to make it smooth and spreadable.

Note: Frosts 13 by 9 inch cake or fills and frosts 9 inch two layer cake.
