Ingredients
- 1 cup Sev ((vermicelli))
- 2 tbsps Ghee
- 1¼ cup Hot water
- ⅓ cup Sugar (to taste)
- ¼ tsp Ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp Almonds (sliced - garnish)
- 1 cup Raw pistachios (sliced - garnish)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt ghee on low, add sev and sauté until golden and aromatic.
- Carefully add hot water, cover and simmer until sev is soft and the ghee separates.
- Combine sugar and cardamom into the sev and cook further until the syrup is absorbed and sev is separated.
- Garnish.
