Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sev ((vermicelli))
  • 2 tbsps Ghee
  • 1¼ cup Hot water
  • ⅓ cup Sugar (to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Ground cardamom
  • 1 tbsp Almonds (sliced - garnish)
  • 1 cup Raw pistachios (sliced - garnish)
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, melt ghee on low, add sev and sauté until golden and aromatic.
  2. Carefully add hot water, cover and simmer until sev is soft and the ghee separates.
  3. Combine sugar and cardamom into the sev and cook further until the syrup is absorbed and sev is separated.
  4. Garnish.
