Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 1 can Pure pumpkin (15 oz)
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp Ground ginger
- ½ tsp Ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Instructions
- Preheat oven 425°F.
- Whisk together all ingredients and pour into the pie shell.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 35-40 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
