Ingredients
  • 2¼ cups All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsps Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Butter
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar (packed)
  • 1½ cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another large bowl mix butter, brown sugar, and regular sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla, beat well.
  5. Gradually add flour, mix well.
  6. Add chocolate chips, mix.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie trays.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Remove and cool on a rack or foil.
