Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2¼ cups All purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsps Vanilla essence
- 1 cup Butter
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¾ cup Brown sugar (packed)
- 1½ cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another large bowl mix butter, brown sugar, and regular sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, beat well.
- Gradually add flour, mix well.
- Add chocolate chips, mix.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie trays.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove and cool on a rack or foil.
