Eggless Vanilla Cake
Ingredients
- 2½ cups All purpose flour
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsps Sugar
- 1 can Condensed milk (300 ml)
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup Butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsps Vanilla essence
- 9 by 13 inch cake pan
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350°F.
- In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Add salt and sugar, mix.
- In another bowl, whisk together remaining wet ingredients.
- Combine with the flour and whisk.
- Lightly grease cake pan and line with wax paper.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 -30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes then invert out onto a cooling rack.
