Ingredients
  • 2½ cups All purpose flour
  • 2 tsps Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsps Sugar
  • 1 can Condensed milk (300 ml)
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsps Vanilla essence
  • 9 by 13 inch cake pan
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Add salt and sugar, mix.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together remaining wet ingredients.
  5. Combine with the flour and whisk.
  6. Lightly grease cake pan and line with wax paper.
  7. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 -30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan for 15 minutes then invert out onto a cooling rack.
