Rotla

Ingredients
- 1 cup Jowar flour
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Boil water in a saucepan. Lower heat and add flour, stir until it forms a dough.
- Divide dough into 4 balls. Take one ball, flatten slightly and coat with dry jowar flour. Using a rolling pin, roll into a circle of about 5-6 inches in diameter.
- Place on a hot griddle, brush top with water to prevent cracks.
- Cook for 1 minute, flip over, lower heat to medium and cook until brown spots appear underneath.
- Turn over and cook on an open flame to puff, or leave on griddle and gently press with a clean cloth to help puff.
- Remove from heat and apply butter or ghee.
- Repeat with the remaining dough.
- NOTE: for a perfect circle, cut with any correct size lid.
