Ingredients
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • ΒΌ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsps Oil
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients and make a soft dough with warm water. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 5 balls. Heat griddle on medium heat.
  3. Using a rolling pin, roll the ball into a 3 inch circle and brush with some oil. Sprinkle all purpose flour, fold in half and repeat with oil and flour procedure.
  4. Fold again to form a triangle, roll again, using flour for dusting, to a 4-5 inch width, retaining the triangle shape.
  5. Place on the griddle and roast both sides for a minute, drizzle little oil on the edges and cook until lightly golden and puffed.
  6. Repeat with the remainder.
