Bhakhri

Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 2 tbsps Oil
- Salt (optional - to taste)
- 1 tsp Ground cumin (optional)
- ½ tsp Whole cumin (Whole cumin)
- Ghee (for cooking)
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients and make a firm dough, using warm water. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
- Divide into 5 balls and roll thick circles about 6 inch diameter.
- Heat griddle on medium, place bhakhri and cook until raw dough is not visible underneath.
- Flip and let roast until brown spots appear underneath.
- Spread ghee on the bhakhri and flip, put light pressure on it with a spatula to help puff. Let roast for one minute, turning as needed to prevent burning.
- Remove from heat. Repeat with the remainder balls.
