Puri

Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat flour (substitute - all purpose flour)
- ΒΌ cup Semolina
- 2 tbsps Melted ghee
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and make a firm dough, using warm water. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Make about 20 equal size balls and roll 3 inch diameter puris.
- Heat oil on medium-high heat and deep-fry puris until pinkish in appearance and puffed. Press puris with a skimmer to aid in puffing.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel.
