Ingredients
  • 1 cup Wheat flour (substitute - all purpose flour)
  • ΒΌ cup Semolina
  • 2 tbsps Melted ghee
  • Oil (for frying)
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients and make a firm dough, using warm water. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Make about 20 equal size balls and roll 3 inch diameter puris.
  3. Heat oil on medium-high heat and deep-fry puris until pinkish in appearance and puffed. Press puris with a skimmer to aid in puffing.
  4. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
