Yields approximately 32 oz.

Ingredients
4 cups
Milk
2 Tbsps
Plain yogurt
Instructions

Bring milk to a boil then remove from heat.

Pour into a container, let cool to 118 degrees on a food thermometer (or dip finger, it should feel hot but not burn).

Add yogurt and whisk until smooth.

Cover and let ferment in a warm place for 8 hours.

Yogurt should be set.

Once set you can refrigerate it or leave it out for a day to become more sour.
