Ingredients
  • 5 pieces Bone-in chicken
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsps Garam masala
  • 2 tbsps Ground fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Ground coriander/cumin mix
  • 1 tsp Ground raw peanuts
  • 2 tbsps Ginger (crushed)
  • 2 tsps Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Green chillies (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Dried mint
  • ½ cup Tomatoes (crushed)
  • 1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Green coriander (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsps Oil
  • 2 tbsps Ghee
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except the chicken.
  2. Add chicken and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat oil and ghee in a large skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add marinated chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low-medium heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add some water if more gravy is required.
