Ingredients
  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite size chunks)
  • 2 tbsps Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder (mild)
  • 2 tbsps Cornstarch
  • 1½ tbsp Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Ground black pepper
  • 4 tsps Ginger (crushed)
  • 4 tsps Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients with chicken and marinate for 2 hours.
  2. In a frypan, heat oil on medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook, stirring often.
  4. When almost done, add the remaining other ingredients and finish cooking.
  5. Variation: substitute chicken for vegetarian chicken strips.
