Chili Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite size chunks)
- 2 tbsps Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder (mild)
- 2 tbsps Cornstarch
- 1½ tbsp Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Ground black pepper
- 4 tsps Ginger (crushed)
- 4 tsps Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with chicken and marinate for 2 hours.
- In a frypan, heat oil on medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook, stirring often.
- When almost done, add the remaining other ingredients and finish cooking.
- Variation: substitute chicken for vegetarian chicken strips.

- 15 curry leaves
- ½ cup Bell peppers (mix colored, cubed)
- ½ cup Onions (cubed)
- Salt (to taste)
