Garlic Herb Chicken
Ingredients
- ½ lb Boneless skinless chicken (cubed)
- 3 tbsps Butter
- ½ cup Mushrooms (sliced)
- ½ cup Asparagus (trimmed/sliced)
- 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp Lemon juice
- ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp Dried basil
- ¼ tsp Dried oregano
- ¼ tsp Dried thyme
- ¼ tsp Mrs. Dash onion and herb seasoning
- Green Onions (sliced for garnish)
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter on medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until almost done.
- Move chicken to the side of the pan.
- Melt remaining butter.
- Add vegetables and sauté for a couple of minutes.
- Combine with chicken.
- Add seasonings and mix.
- Cover and cook until done.
- Garnish.
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
