Ingredients
  • ½ lb Boneless skinless chicken (cubed)
  • 3 tbsps Butter
  • ½ cup Mushrooms (sliced)
  • ½ cup Asparagus (trimmed/sliced)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp Lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Dried basil
  • ¼ tsp Dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp Dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp Mrs. Dash onion and herb seasoning
  • Green Onions (sliced for garnish)
Instructions
  1. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter on medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until almost done.
  3. Move chicken to the side of the pan.
  4. Melt remaining butter.
  5. Add vegetables and sauté for a couple of minutes.
  6. Combine with chicken.
  7. Add seasonings and mix.
  8. Cover and cook until done.
  9. Garnish.
  10. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
