Ingredients
  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • ¼ cup Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1½ tsp Ground coriander/cumin mix
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsps Lemon juice
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients with chicken and marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  3. Prepare skewers by placing chicken and vegetables alternately.
  4. Place the skewers on a rack, with a tray underneath and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Flip and bake for another 15 minutes or until cooked.
  6. VARIATIONS: In place of baking, you can also cook on a barbecue.
  7. Replace chicken with peeled/steamed baby potatoes (dipped in a mixture of some oil, salt, ground black pepper, chili powder and dill.
