Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • ¾ cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsps Ground coriander/cumin mix
  • ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Chili powder (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • 2 tsps Ginger (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients with chicken.
  2. Make patties to desired size and grill.
  3. Serve on a bun with desired condiments.
Variation
  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet.
  2. Sauté onions until golden in color.
  3. Add ground chicken and spices, cook stirring continuously until done.
  4. Garnish with green coriander.
  5. Serve with rice or on a bun.
