Ground Chicken/Burger
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- ¾ cup Finely chopped onion
- 2 tsps Ground coriander/cumin mix
- ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Chili powder or to taste
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic
- 2 tsps Crushed ginger
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Ground cloves
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsps Green coriander (chopped)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with chicken, including the 1 tbsp of chopped green coriander.
- Make patties to desired size and grill.
- Garnish with remaining green coriander.
- Serve with naan and rice or on a bun.
Variation
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet.
- Sauté onions until golden in color.
- Add ground chicken and spices, cook stirring continuously until done.
- Garnish.
