Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • ¾ cup Finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsps Ground coriander/cumin mix
  • ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Chili powder or to taste
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • 2 tsps Crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps Green coriander (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients with chicken, including the 1 tbsp of chopped green coriander.
  2. Make patties to desired size and grill.
  3. Garnish with remaining green coriander.
  4. Serve with naan and rice or on a bun.
Variation
  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet.
  2. Sauté onions until golden in color.
  3. Add ground chicken and spices, cook stirring continuously until done.
  4. Garnish.
