Ingredients
  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken (cubed)
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • ½ cup Onion (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (crushed)
  • 1½ tsp Ground coriander/cumin mix
  • ⅓ tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 cup Tomatoes (diced)
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • ½ tsp Kasuri methi
  • 2 tbsps Cream
  • ½ bunch Spinach (washed, blanched and puréed)
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • Salt (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a skillet.
  2. Add onions and stir.
  3. Add ginger and garlic, sauté on medium heat until onions are browned.
  4. Add coriander, turmeric, chili powder and salt, mix well.
  5. Add tomatoes and little bit of water.
  6. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally,. Should become like gravy (about 15 minutes).
  7. Add chicken and little bit of water, stir.
  8. Cover and cook until done (about 20 minutes).
  9. Add garam masala, kasuri methi, cream and spinach.
  10. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  11. Serve with rice and naan.
