Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • ¼ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
  • ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsps Ginger (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsps Ground coriander/cumin mix
  • 2 tsps Green chilies (crushed or to taste)
  • 2 tbsps green coriander (finely chopped)
  • Oil (for cooking)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Make small oval shaped balls.
  3. Drizzle a little oil in a skillet and cook on low medium heat until the chicken is cooked and no longer pink.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Ground cumin
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • ½ tsp Mint sauce (substitute dry mint powder)
  • 1 tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsps Desiccated coconut
  • 2 tsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
Instructions
  1. Makes: ¼ cup
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of water to make the sauce.
