Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • ¼ tsp Red chili powder
  • ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsps Crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsps Ground coriander/cumin mix
  • 2 tsps Crushed green chilies (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsps Finely chopped green coriander
  • Oil for cooking
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Make small oval shaped balls.
  3. Drizzle a little oil in a skillet and cook on low medium heat until the chicken is no longer pink.

  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • ¼ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Ground cumin
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • ½ tsp Mint sauce or dry mint powder
  • tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsps Desiccated coconut
  • 2 tsps Green coriander (finely chopped)
Instructions
  1. YIELD: ¼ CUP
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of water to make the sauce.
