Ingredients
  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • ¼ cup Red bell pepper (cubed)
  • ½ tsp Hot red sauce
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Lime
Instructions
  1. In a large glass dish, place chicken, peppers and seasoning, mix well.
  2. Arrange chicken into a single layer.
  3. Microwave on high power for 4 minutes.
  4. Cook further at 30 second intervals if needed, until done.
  5. Let stand for 1 minute.
  6. Add lime juice.
  7. Stir and season with additional salt and hot sauce.
  8. Serve over a bed of lettuce.
