Jumbo shells

Olive oil

Onions
(finely chopped)

Garlic

Ricotta cheese
2 cups
Marinara sauce
1 cup
Mozzarella cheese
(grated)
Instructions

Cook jumbo shells according to package directions.

In a skillet, heat oil on medium heat, add onions and garlic.

Sauté for one minute and add the vegetables and the seasonings, cook for 2 minutes.

Set aside to cool slightly then combine the ricotta cheese.

Stuff the shells equally with the cheese stuffing.

Preheat the oven 350°F.

In a large 11 x 9 inch greased baking dish, spread half the marinara sauce, arrange the shells on top.

Pour remaining sauce all over the shells.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
