Ingredients
  • 8 oz Jalapeno peppers
  • 3 tbsps Oil
  • ⅛ tsp Asafoetida (hing)
  • ¾ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • 2 tsps Sugar
  • 3 tbsps Raw peanuts (crushed)
  • 2 tbsps Ground coriander/cumin mix
  • ½ tsp Ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ¾ tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • ¼ cup Green coriander (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Wash peppers and cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds. Cut into1 inch squares.
  2. In a saucepan, heat oil on medium heat. Add peppers and all the ingredients, mix thoroughly.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until peppers are soft, stirring occasionally.
  4. Uncover and continue cooking for a few minutes to dry some moisture.
