Mint Chutney

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint
  • ½ cup Green coriander (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 2 tsps Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 2 Green chilies (or to taste)
  • ⅛ tsp Turmeric
Instructions
  1. Blend ingredients to a desired consistency. Use water to liquify if desired.
