Ingredients
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ cup Dried coconut (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Raw peanuts
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
Instructions
  1. In a frying pan, individually dry roast the garlic, coconut, sesame seeds and peanuts, on medium heat, until the color begins to change.
  2. Empty into a dish to cool.
  3. In a blender combine roasted ingredients with chili powder and salt and grind to a coarse consistency.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
