Dry Garlic Chutney
Ingredients
- 6 cloves Garlic
- ¼ cup Dried coconut (grated)
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Raw peanuts
- ½ tsp Red chili powder (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
Instructions
- In a frying pan, individually dry roast the garlic, coconut, sesame seeds and peanuts, on medium heat, until the color begins to change.
- Empty into a dish to cool.
- In a blender combine roasted ingredients with chili powder and salt and grind to a coarse consistency.
- Store in an airtight container.
