Jeera Rice
Ingredients
- 4 tsps Ghee
- 1 inch Cinnamon stick
- 3 Cloves
- 1 tbsp Whole cumin
- 1 Bay leaf
- 3 cups Basmati rice (cooked)
- 2 Green chilies (sliced lengthwise)
- ½ tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt ghee, add cinnamon and cloves, stir.
- Add cumin and bay leaf, let crackle on low heat.
- Add chilies, sauté for a few seconds then add the rice & lemon juice.
- Mix thoroughly and heat.
