Ingredients
  • 4 tsps Ghee
  • 1 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Whole cumin
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 3 cups Basmati rice (cooked)
  • 2 Green chilies (sliced lengthwise)
  • ½ tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, melt ghee, add cinnamon and cloves, stir.
  2. Add cumin and bay leaf, let crackle on low heat.
  3. Add chilies, sauté for a few seconds then add the rice & lemon juice.
  4. Mix thoroughly and heat.
