Ingredients
  • ½ cup Grated potato
  • ½ cup Grated carrot
  • ½ cup Grated brussels sprouts
  • ¼ cup Beetroot (peeled and grated)
  • ¼ cup Parsnip (peeled and grated)
  • ¼ cup Turnip (peeled and grated)
  • ¼ cup Sliced green beans
  • ¼ cup Green peas
  • ¼ cup Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup Spinach (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Whole cumin
  • 2 tbsps Raw peanuts
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsps Oil
  • 3 cups Water
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, add all the ingredients and simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
  2. Blend with a hand blender to desired thickness of the soup.
  3. Can also pressure cook for four whistles. Let cool before opening.
