Variali (Fennel Seeds) Sherbet
Ingredients
- 3 tsps Fennel seeds (grind to powder/sift)
- ⅛ tsp Citric acid (or ½ tsp lemon juice)
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- Jaljeera (or black salt to taste)
- Sugar (to taste)
- Chilled water
Instructions
- In a glass add 3 tsp fennel powder, 3 tsp sugar, ½ tsp lemon juice, salt and jaljeera.
- Mix with water and serve with ice.
