Lemonade

Ingredients
- 3 cups Water
- 1 cup Fresh lemon juice (strained)
- 1 cup Sugar
- Lemon slices (garnish)
- Mint (garnish)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a saucepan, make a simple syrup by combining sugar with 1 cup of water and heating on medium heat. Stir and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
- Pour into a large pitcher, add lemon juice, 2 cups of water and some ice.
- Taste, add more water if desired. Keep in mind that ice will also water it down.
- Garnish.

Instant Lemonade
Ingredients
- 4 tbsps Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsps Lemon juice
- 2 cups Water (chilled)
Instructions
- Dissolve 4 tbsp powdered sugar and 2 tbsp lemon juice in 2 cups of chilled water, sprinkle salt and ground cumin, add ice.
