Ingredients
  • 2¼ cups Milk
  • 2 tsps Sugar (to taste)
  • ¼ tsp Ground cardamom
  • ⅛ tsp Ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Ground ginger
  • 2 tsps Coarsely ground almonds
  • 2 tsps Coarsely ground raw pistachios
  • Saffron strands (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan combine all the ingredients and bring milk to a boil then simmer for a couple of minutes.
  2. Serve hot or cold.
