Ingredients
  • 1 cup Peanuts (raw)
  • 2 tsps Ghee
  • ¾ cup Gor
Instructions
  1. Grease a 5 inch by 7 inch dish.
  2. Roast peanuts in a frypan or microwave, cool and remove skin by rubbing between your hands.
  3. In a food processor pulse the nuts just a couple of times to break into pieces, set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, melt ghee on low heat. Add the gor, stir until golden brown in color and bubbly.
  5. Add peanuts, mix thoroughly and empty into the greased dish.
  6. Pat down firmly, cool. While warm, cut into squares.
