Peanut Chikki
Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanuts (raw)
- 2 tsps Ghee
- ¾ cup Gor
Instructions
- Get a 5 inch by 7 inch greased dish.
- Roast peanuts in a frypan or microwave, cool and remove skin by rubbing between your hands.
- In a food processor pulse the nuts just a couple of times to break into pieces, set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt ghee on low heat. Add the gor, stir until golden brown in color and bubbly.
- Add peanuts, mix thoroughly and empty into a greased dish.
- Pat down firmly, cool. While warm, cut into squares.
