Ingredients
  • 1 cup Peanuts (raw)
  • 2 tsps Ghee
  • ¾ cup Gor
Instructions
  1. Get a 5 inch by 7 inch greased dish.
  2. Roast peanuts in a frypan or microwave, cool and remove skin by rubbing between your hands.
  3. In a food processor pulse the nuts just a couple of times to break into pieces, set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, melt ghee on low heat. Add the gor, stir until golden brown in color and bubbly.
  5. Add peanuts, mix thoroughly and empty into a greased dish.
  6. Pat down firmly, cool. While warm, cut into squares.
