Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sesame seeds
  • ¾ cup Gor (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
  1. In a deep frypan, roast sesame seeds on low heat for a couple of minutes. Stirring continuously.
  2. Remove from heat and empty into a dish.
  3. In the same pan, melt ghee and add gor, stir until the gor has melted and begins to bubble.
  4. Add sesame seeds and mix well.
  5. Empty into a greased tray and spread evenly.
  6. Press firmly to desired thickness and let cool to warm. Cut into squares.
