Sesame Chikki
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sesame seeds
- ¾ cup Gor (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
- In a deep frypan, roast sesame seeds on low heat for a couple of minutes. Stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat and empty into a dish.
- In the same pan, melt ghee and add gor, stir until the gor has melted and begins to bubble.
- Add sesame seeds and mix well.
- Empty into a greased tray and spread evenly.
- Press firmly to desired thickness and let cool to warm. Cut into squares.
