Ingredients
  • 2 cups Cooked rice (long grain)
  • 2 tbsps Oil
  • ½ cup Cabbage (chopped)
  • ½ cup Green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tbsps Carrots (chopped)
  • 2 tbsps Green onions (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsps Schezwan sauce (recipe under "Chinese" or store bought)
  • Green onions (sliced, for garnish)
Instructions
  1. In a wok, heat oil on medium, add the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the condiments, mix well and combine the rice.
  3. Heat thoroughly and remove from heat.
  4. Garnish with green onions.
