Schezwan Rice
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice (long grain)
- 2 tbsps Oil
- ½ cup Cabbage (chopped)
- ½ cup Green bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 tbsps Carrots (chopped)
- 2 tbsps Green onions (chopped)
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsps Schezwan sauce (recipe under "Chinese" or store bought)
- Green onions (sliced, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a wok, heat oil on medium, add the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the condiments, mix well and combine the rice.
- Heat thoroughly and remove from heat.
- Garnish with green onions.
