Peri Peri Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Medium red bell pepper
- 1 Red onion (small, peeled)
- 6 Thai red chilies
- 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsps Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsps Oregano
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsps Salt (or to taste)
- 2 tbsps Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 2 tbsps Paprika
- 2 tbsps Basil (dried)
- 2 tbsps Thyme (dried)
- ⅓ cup Oil
Instructions
- Roast whole pepper and whole onion until slightly charred.
- Chop and blend along with all other ingredients, except oil.
- When almost smooth, gradually add oil and blend to a smooth consistency.
