Ingredients
  • 1 Medium red bell pepper
  • 1 Red onion (small, peeled)
  • 6 Thai red chilies
  • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsps Oregano
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tsps Salt (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsps Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsps Paprika
  • 2 tbsps Basil (dried)
  • 2 tbsps Thyme (dried)
  • ⅓ cup Oil
Instructions
  1. Roast whole pepper and whole onion until slightly charred.
  2. Chop and blend along with all other ingredients, except oil.
  3. When almost smooth, gradually add oil and blend to a smooth consistency.
