Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps Oil
  • ½ Salt
  • 5 cloves Garlic (make paste)
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • ⅓ cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsps Tomato purée
  • 1 tbsp Green coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsps Vinegar
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, heat oil on medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger paste, stir.
  3. Add onions and cook until transparent.
  4. Mix tomato and chili paste into the onions, cook for a couple minutes.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients.
  6. Stir and simmer for 3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool.
Chili Paste
Ingredients
  • 10 Dry red chilies (remove some of the seeds)
Instructions
  1. Soak chilies in ½ cup of hot water for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain and blend (use water if needed).
