Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps Oil
  • 4 tbsps Crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp Onion (finely chopped, optional)
  • ½ tsp Green chilies (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp Soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Vinegar
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 2 tbsps Ketchup
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch (dissolved in ¼ C water)
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, heat oil on high heat.
  2. Add garlic, onions and chilies.
  3. Sauté for a minute, then add remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil, then simmer for a couple of minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool.
