Sesame Ladoo
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sesame seeds
- ⅔ cup Gor (or to taste)
- 2 tsps Ghee
Instructions
- In a deep pan, roast sesame seeds on low heat for a couple of minutes, stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat and empty into a dish.
- In the same pan, melt ghee, add the gor, keep stirring until melted and color begins to change.
- Add sesame seeds and mix thoroughly. Empty into a dish, let cool slightly and make balls to desired size.
- NOTE: use a piece of plastic wrap, place a tablespoonful of mixture, wrap and twist tight and press to shape into a ball. This is to avoid burning your hands.
